The Brew Kettle (est. 1995) opened as Ohio's First Brew-On-Premise Microbrewery. In 2003, the Smokehouse became part of the experience. In 2015, a second location opened in Amherst, Ohio. In 2017, a third location was opened in Hudson, Ohio.

Fun Fact: When The Brew Kettle first started, they were called Ringneck Brewing Company
